Terms and Conditions

Tuition fees are invoiced at the beginning of each term, these can be paid in full or split across the term, fees must be made by the due date stated on the invoice. If paying in two instalments, both instalments must be made by the dates stated on the invoice.

Fees paid late will incur a late payment charge of £10 each week.

If fees remain unpaid for 7 days, then your child will not be able to attend their class until this is resolved.

Fees can be paid via bank transfer or cash.

All fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled by Rise Dance Studio, you will be credited for the cancelled class on your account.

Students wishing to join any new classes must inform the Principal, Katie as soon as possible.

Students wishing to discontinue a class must give half terms (5 weeks) notice and must pay half terms fees.

Students are expected to commit fully to all classes. Rise Dance Studio has an extremely packed calendar and repeated absence from lessons is not accepted.

Students who are unable to attend class due to sickness or other legitimate reasons should email the school as soon as possible.

Students must wear the correct uniform to classes at all times.

Students are expected to work to their full potential at all times during class. Disruption or bullying will not be tolerated.

No chewing gum is allowed in class.

No food or drink except water is allowed in the studio.

Mobile phones must be always switched off during class. 

Rise Dance Studio cannot accept responsibility for any valuables brought to the premises.

Our staff and teachers have the right to be treated with respect at all times and we reserve the right to ask any student or parent to leave the premises if they are abusive either towards staff, students or parents.
